位于南非东北部林波波省的维尼夏地下金刚石矿22日开工建设，总投资达200亿兰特（约合20亿美元）。

Located in the Limpopo Province of northeastern South Africa Vigny summer underground diamond mine 22,started construction, a total investment of 20000000000 rand ( $2000000000).

南非总统祖马在开工典礼上表示，维尼夏地下金刚石矿工程是南非金刚石行业几十年来最大的单项投资，是南非金刚石行业和矿业发展的重要裡程碑。

President Jacob Zuma of South Africa in the ceremony said,Vigny summer underground diamond mine project is South Africa diamond industry is the largest single investment in decades, is an important milepost South African diamond industry and mining development.

祖马说，维尼夏地下金刚石矿工程将促进南非金刚石的生產，有利于南非矿业的发展，还将促进当地就业，有利于经济增长。

Zuma said, Vigny summer underground diamond mineproject will promote the South African diamond production,is conducive to the development of the South African mining industry, also will promote the local employment, conducive to economic growth.
