豫金刚石（300064）2月22日午间公告，近日，公司通过高新技术企业复审，有效期三年。

　　公告称，自2011年至2013年公司连续三年享受国家关于高新技术企业的优惠政策，按15%的税率缴纳企业所得税。自2011年1月份起，公司已按15%的税率预缴企业所得税，以上税收优惠政策并不影响公司对2011年度经营业绩的预计。
