郑州市多举措推进超硬材料产业发展

一是深入落实超硬材料产业行动计划。按照确定的产业发展重点，合理制定、落实发展任务，打造荥阳市千亿级以超硬材料为主的新材料产业基地。二是大力推进新材料产业集聚区建设。抢抓进度做好园区选址、机构设置、规划编制等工作。目前，该集聚区已进入正常运营。三是强化项目引进。以新材料产业集聚区为依托，加大招商引资洽谈力度，截至目前，新材料集聚区共签约项目27个，总投资达103亿元。四是探索工业项目推进机制。组建项目专家组，对新材料产业拟签约项目从产业定位、空间布局、环保、土地集约利用以及投资强度等各方面实行事先审核，确保新签约项目符合省、市相关政策要求;对已签约项目实行限时办结并列入效能监察，保障项目按时履约投产。2012年度，全市以超硬材料为主的新材料产业预计可完成主营业务收入320亿元。
